"My son’s Gracie barra gear definitely holds up the test of time. Multiple washes and the threading never comes undone. They are a little pricey but I know I’m good good quality product that holds up well. We tried another brand and the threading starting coming apart on his Gi outfit after one wash. The GB gear had never done that. I just wish the designs were fun. Most of it is kinda plain. With the exception of the adidas nogi those are pretty awesome looking!"
"This is the style Gi that was given to my son when he joined Gracie Barra. It's a very good Gi and held up for a very long time before we upgraded to the Atleta in preparation for competition. But for kids just getting started, it's a great value. This Gi is well-suited for routine training and is quite durable, but please keep in mind that it is not legal for IBJJF competition. That will require an upgrade to the Atleta, which is a good move once your kid decides they are in love with the sport."

"This is a pretty nice Gi. The only downside, which seems to be common with most GB kids kimonos, is that the waist of the pants are always too small. Other than that, the quality is good."
