Gracie Barra Wear Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Eligibility

The Gracie Barra Wear (“GBW”) Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered to customers of graciebarrawear.com. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Program is subject to change, suspension, or termination at any time.

2. Earning Points

A. Purchases

Members earn points on eligible purchases based on their current VIP tier:

Bronze: 2.5 points per $1 spent

Silver: 3 points per $1 spent

Gold: 3.5 points per $1 spent

Points are earned on the final amount after discounts and before shipping and taxes, unless otherwise stated. Certain products and purchase types may be excluded from earning points.

B. Bonus Point Actions

Members may also earn points for completing qualifying actions

Double points on the first order may be awarded via automated logic after a qualifying first purchase.

All actions must be completed in accordance with program rules. Abuse, fraudulent activity, or manipulation of earning rules can result in forfeiture of points and removal from the Program.

3. VIP Tier Status

Members are classified into VIP tiers based on their total eligible spending in a rolling 12-month period.

  • Bronze: $0 spend
  • Silver: $500 spend
  • Gold: $1,000 spend

VIP tier status and benefits are recalculated automatically. Benefits include increased points multipliers and other perks. Tiers may carry over through the calendar year based on program settings.

4. Referral Rewards

Refer a friend and both parties benefit:

  • Friend Reward: $10 off their first order of $50 or more (new customers only)
  • Referrer Reward: 1,000 points after the referred friend completes and fulfills a qualifying order

Referral rewards do not have a cap unless otherwise stated. Points are only issued after the referred order is fulfilled. Self-referrals, abuse, or fraudulent referral activity may result in disqualification.

5. Points Expiration

Points earned as part of the Program expire 12 months (365 days) after the date they are earned.

Expiration is tracked on a per-transaction basis. Points earned earlier will be used or expire before newer points. Members will receive advance notification before points expire in accordance with Program communication settings.

Expired points cannot be reinstated.

6. Reward Redemption

Points may be redeemed for available rewards as displayed in your account.
Rewards are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

Rewards, redemption thresholds, and reward values are subject to change at any time.

7. Notifications and Communications

Members may receive email or SMS notifications for the following events:

  • Points earned
  • Rewards redeemed
  • Points expiration warnings (30 and 3 days before expiration)
  • VIP Tier unlocked
  • Loyalty anniversaries and birthday rewards

You may opt out of communications as permitted by law, but this may affect your ability to receive Program updates.

8. Modification and Termination

GBW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, your points balance, tier status, or member benefits at any time with or without notice. Changes may include adjustments to earning rules, expiration timelines, rewards, tiers, or referral benefits.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Forfeiture

Points or rewards obtained by fraudulent means, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms will be void. GBW may withhold, remove, and/or cancel any points, rewards, or Member status resulting from such activity.

10. General Terms

These Program Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
