US Shipping
Orders ship from our US warehouse via UPS and FedEx. Enter your address at checkout to see every available service with its rate and delivery estimate, then pick the one you want.
Shipping options
- UPS Ground — 1–3 business days
- FedEx Express — 1–3 business days
- FedEx Express Saver — 3 business days
- FedEx 2Day — 2 business days
- FedEx Standard Overnight — next business day
Rates are calculated live at checkout. Available services may vary by destination.
Order processing
Most orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates cover transit time only and start the day your order leaves our warehouse, not the day you place it.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking the moment it ships.
Free Returns + Package Protection
Free Returns + Package Protection is an optional add-on. You’ll see it at checkout as a box you can check — check it to add it to your order, leave it unchecked to decline. The fee is shown next to the option before you pay.
It covers free returns and exchanges, protects your order against lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and gives you access to our easy return portal.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states via UPS and FedEx. We do not currently ship via USPS, so we’re unable to deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
