  • Customers are responsible for paying any Customs fees and Duties charged by their country.
  • All international orders must include a commercial invoice matching the original order invoice.
  • Please photograph all packages upon receipt before opening.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

    PROCESSING TIME

    Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing times are estimates and may be subject to change, especially for large orders and during peak season.

    If an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified. If we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different, there may be a delay in shipping your order.


    CANADA SHIPPING
    Shipments to Canada are made via FedEx International Connect Plus. Shipping rates and delivery times are only estimates provided by the carrier and actual delivery times may be longer depending on location and local Customs processing.


    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
    • International shipments are made via FedEx.

    DAMAGED PACKAGES
    If your package is received with any damage to the box, take a photo(s) before opening. Any and all photos of a damaged box will aid in providing a strong claim for any missing and/or defective items.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Returns are only processed for domestic orders. We are unable to process returns from
