Relationship Coordinator

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for relationship-related inquiries and issues.
  • Communication:

    • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep partners and clients informed and engaged.
    • Prepare and distribute regular updates, newsletters, and reports.
  • Event Coordination:

    • Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings to strengthen relationships.
    • Manage event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up communications.
  • Support and Assistance:

    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Assist in the development of partnership proposals and agreements.
  • Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and communications.
    • Utilize CRM software to track relationship progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
