Position Overview: The Senior Multimedia Designer will lead the creation and execution of high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations. This role requires a highly skilled designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership:

    • Develop and implement multimedia design strategies that align with Gracie Barra’s brand identity.
    • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on projects.
  • Content Creation:

    • Produce engaging graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia content for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing materials that support our messaging and goals.
  • Project Management:

    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Work closely with other departments to understand design needs and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Quality Control:

    • Ensure all multimedia content is of the highest quality and meets the standards of Gracie Barra.
    • Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing multimedia materials to keep them fresh and relevant.
  • Innovation and Trends:

    • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
    • Experiment with new multimedia formats and techniques to keep our content cutting-edge.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a multimedia designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of video production, motion graphics, and animation.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
